Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

ProMed provides free shippings in all orders made within the continental United States. Any orders outside of that will be vary in shipping cost and will be addressed individually. 


Can I have my order shipped internationally?

ProMed welcomes  international customers. We take pride in providing special attention to the details and accuracy of your order and therefore international orders will be made by contacting the Customer Service deparment via phone or email. International orders require special processing and may have other restrictions. International Shipment will be handled trhough our defacto shipping partner ProLine Cargo USA

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank Wire Transfer: Wire transfer is the prefered method of payment for ALL new customers. We will provide our international wire account information. Upon receipt of the funds from your bank wire transfers, orders will ship to the shipping address you have provided. NOTE: There may be wire fees associated with your payment.


How can I track my shipment?

All customers will receive an e-mail confirming that their item(s) has been shipped. This e-mail will include a UPS tracking number for their order which they will be able to use to track their orders every step of the way. 


Return Policy

Items may be returnable for a refund, exchange or credit as long as they are returned within 15 days of receipt, are unused and are in their original and undamaged packaging. Sale items may not be returned unless defective. Non-defective returns will be subject to restocking charges as noted later in this section. No returns are accepted after 15 days


Unauthorized or Refused Items

ProMed cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without an RMA number will be refused at our facilities and will be returned to the sender. ProMed will charge a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges for shipments refused by the customer. Additional charges may apply if all products are not returned in the original and unopened packing.


Return Merchandise Authorization

Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer and ProMed restrictions. All product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number issued by ProMed.
